False

Thursday, September 20th, 2007

We’ve received a notification from our spam-engine provider that informs us that they released a too agressive update to our system and that it may result in false positives and that it has been rolled-back.

Every Dclux mail system user should connect to his quarantine to check mails, or wait until the next quarantine report is generated for his mail account.

Here is the mail we’ve received :

Subject: Important information on a spam update pushed out this morning

To all customers,

In order to stop a massive wave of spam, a spam update was pushed earlier today which was too aggressive and might have caused false positives in the time period between 9:50am to 10:50am EDT the sept 19th.

We advise all our customers to go through their quarantine and make sure to check for false positives and release them.

The update in question has been removed.

We are sorry of any inconveniences this may have caused.
